What is a fanlisting?
According to Janine, the founder of TheFanlistings.Org, a fanlisting is "a place for all the fans of a particular show, movie, actor/actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people all around the world who are fans of that subject." In this case, Inner Smile is here to unite all fans of the relationship between Jesminder Bahmra & Juliette Paxton.

Who are Jess and Jules?
The movie "Bend It Like Beckham" (2002) stars Parminder Nagra and Keira Knightley as Jesminder "Jess" Bahmra and Juliette "Jules" Paxton, two girls who enjoy playing football (soccer) and want to play professionally. Jess belongs to a traditional Indian family who does not want her running around with boys playing sports; while Jules' father supports her love of the game but her mother is convinced football will make her daughter a lesbian. When Jules discovers Jess' talent in the park, she invites her to join the girls football team run by Joe (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers). The two girls become best friends almost instantly and seem to have a lot in common -- including a crush on their coach, Joe! Although they have a falling out over Joe, Jesminder and Juliette do reconcile during the final football match of the season and both girls are invited, on full scholarships, to school in the United States and to play on a professional womens team.
What I love about Jess and Jules is that their relationship may have ups and downs, but it will stand the test of time. They both excel at football and work great as a team; they know what works for them on the field. They also have to deal with one or more parent who doesn't support them. The best part about their friendship is that they can forgive one another and together pursue their dreams!
